Sportsman Stuff… Please Post!
I believe that no one can know a boat like the guy who owns it and gets to run it in all conditions and has the fun and experience that only a well made boat can bring to a family. I enjoyed a very close second on Father’s Day when I enjoyed a Heritage 229 and its Yamaha F225 for a day on the water. The boat handled the Southwest Florida afternoon cop like a champ. I simply tucked the nose down into it and ran at 32 MPH and the Heritage did a very graceful dance on top of the slop! After a little light duty fishing and pulling a tube on the water the crew got hungry and we pulled into Woody’s – a canal restaurant in Saint James city on the south end of Pine Island. I told the ladies on board that they were the attraction when heads turned as the Heritage passed by, but truth be told – IT WAS THE BOAT! Compliments were received and business cards were dispensed.
You have a very impressive product – so kudos to You and Dale and the entire crew at Sportsman.
