Summerville, SC: Today, Sportsman Boats announces a comprehensive Bonus Incentive Program for their entire manufacturing team. This new plan will allow each employee the opportunity to receive a bonus of up to $2,200. The program is based on meeting challenging but attainable production, quality and safety goals. Recently, Sportsman broke ground on their third expansion project in only the company’s sixth year in business, making it one of the fastest growing boat brands in their market segment. Once completed, the company’s operational footprint will consist of over 300,000 square feet encompassing all operations from lamination to final assembly in their Summerville, SC headquarters.

The new Bonus Incentive Program will pay out over $600,000 in bonuses to employees. The program consists of monthly goals along with an additional end of the year compounded payout for meeting the annual goal.
