We at Sportsman Boats are proud to announce that we have been honored with the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s (NMMA) Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for 2024. This marks the eighth consecutive year that we’ve received this prestigious recognition, a testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building top-quality boats.
The NMMA’s CSI Awards celebrate marine industry manufacturers who excel in customer satisfaction and consistently deliver an outstanding ownership experience. To earn this award, companies must achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90 percent or higher, based on surveys of new boat and engine owners from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. This year, more than 175,000 customers provided feedback, offering valuable insights into how we as an industry can continue to raise the bar for consumer satisfaction.
