The Marine Industry CSI Awards honors boat manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement.
Miami, FL - Sportsman Boats has been recognized as a 2019 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index Award Recipient. This award honors boat builders that retain a score of 90% or above in all retail sold units between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019. This award is Sportsman's 3rd consecutive CSI award and reflects the company's drive for customer focus and superior customer service.
This CSI program is a requirement for NMMA Certification, an annual boat inspection conducted by the NMMA to ensure safety in boat building. These high standards of boat building set Sportsman apart from the competitors as ensures Sportsman is delivering a superior boat with certification to back it up.
The CSI program surveys every retail sold customer and gets feedback on boat quality, delivery process, dealer satisfaction, component quality and many other aspects of their new purchase. A year later, a second survey is sent out to measure post sales services rendered by the servicing Sportsman Dealer.
