The fit and finish is great! The boat is very easy to drive and comfortable ride in rough water. The matched Yamaha motor has great performance. We now have a potty for my wife, hooray!! I moved up from a 20 ft runabout with a 150 Hp outboard I had for many years. The Heritage 251 had all of the features I wanted in a boat including electronics. The boat rides and handles better than I could have imagined. The fuel efficiency with twin 150s is comparable to that of my earlier boat. The electronics are comprehensive yet easy to use. The boat maneuvers well at high speed and in tight quarters. The boat is very comfortable pleasure cruising or fishing.

We have been very pleased with our purchase of the 241. We have right at 97 hours and just completed the 100 hr. Service. Both Sportsman and our local ealer have been Top Notch. The boat is comfortable, with enough room to fish. The 241 is a great mix of family and sport boating. The cost enabled us to upgrade the Stereo, EPS, Autopilot, Duel Monitors. A lot of boat for the money.

I purchased the Sportsman Heritage 23. The main reason I upgraded to a bigger boat was to hold more people. I have a family of 6 so it was almost impossible to take friends and family out with us on the water. Since we bought the Sportsman, we have had multiple outings where we had 10-12 people on our boat, and I am pleasantly surprised at the boats ability to "get up and go" even carrying the larger loads. I have the Yamaha 200 HP on this boat.

My father bought a 231 in 2015. i was sold the day we were cruising 25 to 30mph headwind in a tight 3 foot chop, dry as a bone and able to hold a conversation. We both fell in love with the boat, it packs tons and tons of qualities for fishing yet still a comfortable cruiser for the whole family. In turn, I talked my wife into one, a 231 Heritage, and it will probably be the last boat I will buy ever. Perfect for the Chesapeake, the family loves it and it will get me anywhere I want.

Sharp, well-prepared boat with the highest seating capacity in its class. Great for recreational cruises with family and friends. Capable fisherman—deep vee configuration enables tackling inlet and offshore (if not too choppy!). Plenty of storage. I recommmend a second integrated GPS/screen for engine monitoring as there are no separate gauges for temp, fuel, RPM, etc.

I bought a 2017 Sportsman Heritage 231 Platinum in June of 2017 to replace an older skiff. After a year on the water, this boat is awesome. It handles the waters of the Crystal Coast of NC well providing a dry, stable ride. I have found it easy to dock or to pull up to a sandbar or island. I primarily use it as a family boat, but it is laid out well for fishing. All around a great boat from my experience.

The 23' Sportsman Heritage is a great boat. I primarily use it for social boating - I get out 4-6 times a week between evenings after work and weekends. There is plenty of space for seating - It's rated for 10, but stay in smooth water. It's comfortable with 4-6 with some seas. Upgraded engine has of get-up-and-go. I have a grill with a rod-holder mount and bought a removable table for the forward part. The boat has ample storage, and the console is large enough to use a port-a-potty.

I've had my new Sportsman about a month, been very impressed with the boat (it's my fifth boat, first Sportsman). It jumps up on plane super quick with the Yamaha 250HO. The attention to detail under the Helm station and under the back hatch is what also sold me on the boat. The ability to take out all the cushions is great, the ride is smooth, and the Dual Simrads are great for navigation and fishing.

This is now my second but new Sportsman boat. After owning a used 2014 211 Heritage I decided to upgrade to a 2018 231 Heritage and I couldn't be happier. The boat rides great and handles smoothly even in choppy conditions. Upgrading to the 231 provided more room for fishing than my 211 did especially when you have four or more people on board fishing. If you are looking for a great mid range boat you can't get any better than a 231 Heritage!

We moved out of our 1975 model Ranger bass boat to the center console Sportsman 227. I have two sons over 6 feet tall, and we did not fit in the old boat. This boat permits us to use the lakes in North Texas any day despite the high winds that are typical. We have plenty of room to move around and land multiple fish at time. We use the boat secondarily to water ski and tube. It has met all my needs. We still clean it every trip and it looks like new after a year of ownership.

This boat is a fisherman's dream. The boat has all of the amenities that one would need for fishing and the electronics are awesome. Plenty of storage and the rod lockers are so convenient. Top grade upholstery that is easy to maintain. The boat performs well on the water with my 250 Yamaha engine. I highly recommend the Sportsman 227 for anyone who is looking for a boat that can be used for Bass fishing, Stripper fishing and any other freshwater fishing.

The changes they made to the 2018 model was exactly my wish list of upgrades so when I seen it I knew it was the one. I have been so impressed with my new 2018 Sportsman Masters 227. The boat is extremely functional, has plenty of storage space and the new design on the locker lids makes it so easy to access fishing rods. The helm seat is very comfortable and well designed with plenty of leg room. My Yamaha 250 engine has the power to handle all of the situations that I have been challenged with so far and runs so efficiently. Love the electronics and the side scan feature. This boat is awesome!

After reviewing many many other brands of bay boats the sportsman 227 first caught our eye with its simple yet unique layout. We also found that the layout actually seemed to give us much more room on deck than most of the 24' boats that we reviewed, this is a big deal considering that we are a family of 6. After receipt of our boat we found it to be even more capable than promised. We typically fish bays and backwater but have had no trouble with rough seas as well. Great job Sportsman!

I had a Sportsman 247 built in the Spring of 2017. I took delivery of it in May of 2017. I love the way the boat looks, feels and handles. I am very satisfied with it. I looked at several other big name manufactures an the big reason I went with Sportsman was because of the dry ride and ease of handling under power. I have fell in love with the bench seat in the rear and the accessibility to all the pumps, hoses and equipment under the rear deck. I think they did a great job with wiring too.

I purchased my first Sportsman 211 CC in 2015 at the Fort Myers boat show. I put almost 300 hours on the 150 Yamaha outboard. Great overall boat for recreation and fishing but a little small for when our kids and grandkids come for a visit in Florida. In March 2018 I traded the 211 CC for a 282 CC Sportsman. The 282 CC is probably the best overall boat I have ever owned for recreation and fishing. I would highly recommend Sportsman Boats to anyone interested in Center Console.

When I purchased it, the 282 open wasn’t part of the sportsman line when I saw it at the Houston Boat show there was nothing that offered what sportsman offered so the choice was simple.
