There’s nothing quite like the turquoise water, cold drinks and good company of an Islamorada sandbar day, and this past weekend proved it once again. The 3rd Annual SBO Keys Raft-Up brought Sportsman Boat Owners together in the Florida Keys for a weekend that keeps getting better every year.

Friday Night: Meet and Greet at Morada Bay

The weekend kicked off Friday, July 10, with a meet and greet at Morada Bay, right next door to World Wide Sportsman in Islamorada. Owners rolled in for appetizers, giveaways and a chance to connect before the real fun started on the water the next morning.

It’s always a great warm-up for the weekend, with owners swapping stories, meeting fellow Sportsman owners and soaking in some of the best sunset views the Florida Keys have to offer.

Saturday: The Islamorada Sandbar

Saturday was the main event. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the crew set up at the world-famous Islamorada Sandbar for a full day in the sun.

We had just over 10 customer boats join us, and when you count everyone who came out to enjoy the sandbar alongside us, the total came in at 15 boats strong. Our team and Sportsman staff were on hand throughout the day, and we had a few new models on display for owners to explore up close.

Between the food, drinks and flags flying high so nobody could miss us, it was exactly the kind of laid-back day on the water this event has become known for. Great company, coastal vibes and that unmistakable Sportsman community feel filled the sandbar.

Whether you were a first-time attendee or a raft-up regular, it’s clear this event grows stronger every year. We’re already looking forward to the next one.

More Raft-Ups on the Calendar

The Keys Raft-Up may be in the books, but the summer of Sportsman Boat Owner events is far from over. Here’s what’s coming up next.

Gulf Coast: Robinson Island Raft-Up With Legendary Marine

Saturday, August 15 | 10 a.m.–3 p.m. | Robinson Island, Orange Beach, Alabama

Our Gulf Coast owners, this one’s for you. We’re heading to Robinson Island for our annual SBO Gulf Coast Raft-Up, hosted alongside our friends at Legendary Marine.

This is the longest-running SBO event on the calendar. Setup will be on the north side of the island, the same location as last year, and we’ll have a couple of new Sportsman models there for owners to see in person.

For those who store their boats with Legendary Waterway Village in Orange Beach, we’ll be running boats from the marina directly to the island. Look for the flags and come hang out for the day. Food and drinks are included.

Up North: Sportsman Tie-Up With Riverside Marine

Our Chesapeake Bay owners have plenty to look forward to as well. Riverside Marine’s annual Sportsman Tie-Up at Tolchester Marina has grown into one of the largest Sportsman Boat Owner gatherings in the country.

Last year’s event drew more than 100 boats and over 300 people for a full day of food, prizes and Chesapeake Bay hospitality.

Keep an eye on our events page and social channels for the official 2026 date and details, and start planning your run up the Bay.

See You Out There

Raft-up season is in full swing, and it’s weekends spent at sandbars, marinas and everywhere in between that remind us why we build boats designed for this kind of memory-making.

Whether you’re joining us in Alabama next month or making the trip to Maryland later this summer, we can’t wait to see you on the water.

Keep an eye out for our flags. You won’t miss us.
