Sportsman Boats Debuts New 2022 Model Year: The Re-Designed Masers 247 & Brand-New 247OE
Summerville, SC: When tasked with reimagining the top selling Masters 247, the design team had lofty goals. The redesign focused on opening more cockpit space behind the leaning post, redesigning the console to accommodate d-tubing, incorporating a tempered glass windshield and other minor improvements. The results are a stunning bay boat that performs as good as it looks. This top-selling 24' bay boat is miles ahead of its time and ready for some serious fishing. The deck features dual aquarium livewells, a large bow casting deck with lockable rod storage, plenty of comfortable seating for 10, best-in-class bilge access and much more. This is all paired up to a very capable hull designed for shallow water and a smooth ride.
The 2022 Model year changes for the 247 include an increase in maximum horsepower, a significantly console cooler that also functions as a livewell, and more. The two transom aquarium live wells are sure to be a hit with fisherman and families alike as they allow a unique and fun view of live bait and the catch-of-the day.
The Masters 247OE sets a new standard and expands our “OE” offerings that started with our flagship. This one, however, comes in sporting a brand-new design following suit with the new Sportsman design language. The extended console brings you a very comfortable chaise lounge and a large storage compartment. The deck features dual aquarium livewells that show off bait fish as well as the catch-of-the day, an open bow design with a step up casting deck which includes a livewell, best-in-class bilge access and much more. This is all paired up to a very capable hull designed for shallow water and a smooth ride.
